We are currently seeking a Quality Shift Supervisor to join our Team in Toano, VA.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Supervises hourly employees in the continuous operation of the plant’s quality system’s activities. Maintains focus on overall plant goals, continuous process improvements, good labor relations climate and outstanding quality and production efficiencies
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with Company safety and sanitation requirements. Operate industrial power equipment. Restock and replenish as appropriate. Perform general maintenance. Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. Fill in for other positions as needed. Perform general warehouse/production/cooler service duties.
