Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
Polished individual needed for front office reception. You will be the first point of contact and the face of the company so you must be professional in demeanor and appearance.
Experience in the following is required:
Multi-line telephone/switchboard
MS Outlook, Word and Excel
Filing, faxing and photocopying
Excellent communication at all levels
Strong attendance history with no time missed
